The letter carriers at Canada Post have initiated strike action and all mail in Canada has stopped moving. We are monitoring this situation very closely. There IS optimism as both sides continue to negotiate and make progress while the strike continues.
We are prepared to utilize UPS for outbound shipments or hold your shipment here at your request/discretion until the postal dispute has ended. Until then, we suggest utilizing UPS Ground or Fedex for inbound shipments to us.
We will consult with each customer individually in the shipping decision until the issues at Canada Post have been resolved. Your invoices will not contain shipping charges until we know which approach works best for you. We will bill freight separately at least for the time being.
