7 Aug 2025 - the Canada Post letter carriers have voted on the latest 'final' contract offer and they have rejected it.  Various issues remain unresolved as of this moment but the mail is still moving for now. As with any job action, things are subject to change without notice. Our letter carrier says the situation is 'uncharted territory.'

So...

Consider utilizing UPS ground in the interim for inbound shipments. 

For North American Customers: we can hold your completed models here or ship using UPS Ground - the decision is yours. 

For International Customers: Couriers are FAR too expensive to even consider and we recommend holding your models here until the strike / threat is over.

You will be consulted for your desired shipping method before we generate your invoice.
