(These were 3800 series RS-18 units modified with trucks from retired RSC-13 and RSC-24 units. 

They were derated to 1400 hp from 1800hp for light rail Maritime Canadian Branch lines. 

Crews called it the "Gutless Wonder." 

Rapido is offering BOTH MR-14b (large radiator intercooler) and 

MR-14c (smaller radiator intercooler) sub classes. 

The MR-14b subclass units were assigned to PEI until rail service ended on 31 Dec 1989. 

The final 5 units were used in Halifax, NS. They were 1750, 1751, 1759, 1761 and 1786.

All units were sold/scrapped by 1995)
