IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING SCALETRAINS MODELS

Please note that, effective 05 May 2025, we have suspended our Dealer account with Scaletrains. We will not receive any further new model releases from them.

 The decision was not taken lightly. We aren't happy about it and we know it is upsetting to our loyal customers. 

There were multiple, complex logistical issues complicating this decision and for us there is no other way. 

We remain on good terms and will continue to support them with research / photos on Canadian prototype models should they need assistance.

The models you requested from us are still being produced by Scaletrains but unfortunately we will not be fulfilling any open reservations. 

Please place a new reservation either direct from scaletrains.com (recommended) or another dealer of your choice. 

We can suggest an alternate dealer if you like.

If you already reserved a model through us that has not been delivered/produced yet, we will still honor our 20% weathering discount should you elect to drop-ship your model/s here for weathering (from another source) after they have been produced. 

We hope the offer softens the blow so to speak.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience this will cause you.
