We can't send your shipment to the USA without that information. Please note it is a 1 time only requirement. We will reach out to you via phone for the required data after your invoice has been paid.
Once the info has been entered into the DHS secure database by UPS personnel we witness it being shredded in a special cross-cut shredder.
UPS personnel told me they do not have access to the data once it's in the encrypted database.
